Lance Kolbet, FSCP, RHU, REBC, LUTCF

Mr. Kolbet began in the financial services industry following an enlistment in the U.S. Navy. He served on two different submarines during the Desert Shield/Storm campaigns. Later in 1993, he founded University Financial Group and began serving clients throughout the Northwest specializing in the area of employee benefits, executive compensation, and deferred compensation planning. In 2005, he served as past State President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA)-Idaho, and two times as local president of the Southeastern Idaho chapter of NAIFA. He serves as the Freedom Fund Political Action Committee (PAC) treasurer for Idaho's U.S. Senator Michael Crapo. He is active in his local estate planning council and has authored featured articles in industry journals such as Advisor Today, Life Insurance Selling, Health Underwriter, and other industry trade journals. He spends much of his time involved in the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in which he has been a Qualifying and Life member of since 2003. He currently holds the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP); Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF); Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant designations (REBC).
